PRACTICE LOCATIONS
Preseason Conditioning
Location:
-Hermann Park Bayou Grasslands
Meet at parking Lot P off Almeda and Dixie.
Practices are all Saturdays in February and the first two Saturdays of March from 9:00-11:00AM.
* Parents: Please ensure athletes arrive 15 minutes early for warm-ups. Water stations are available near the start line.
Track and Field
Locations:
-Hermann Park (Mondays from 6:30-8:30 PM)
-Yates High School (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 PM). Enter the school from Sampson Street.
*Track season runs from mid-March through the end of July.
* Parents: Parking is available in the west lot. Coach Andre will meet athletes at the gates 10 minutes prior to start.
Cross Country (XC)
Location:
-Hermann Park Bayou Grasslands
Meet at parking Lot P off Almeda and Dixie.
Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00.
*XC season runs from mid-August through the beginning of December.
