Registration is now open for the 2026 XC season!
Please follow these steps to register your athlete:
1. All athletes must have a current USATF membership in order to train with our club. Please note the following:
- USATF memberships cost $35. This fee is separate from the club registration fee.
- The link to USATF memberships is here:
https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership
- USATF memberships need to be made in the ATHLETE'S name and not the parent's name.
- ALL information on the USATF membership application needs to be filled out... please do not skip sections, as we need accurate contact information.
- Please make sure that your athlete is "attached" to our club... Heart of Houston's USATF code is 25-10330. Failure to attach to our club will result in your athlete not showing up in our system.
- USATF memberships take effect immediately. Once they are processed through USATF, athletes will show up on our roster.
2. Once your athlete has a current USATF membership, please fill out the Heart of Houston registration form below. Please note the following:
- All boxes marked with an * need to be completed. It is very important that we have accurate information for all athletes. This is especially true for athletes who have been prescribed an inhaler for asthma.
- All athletes will be given a two week trial period before they are invoiced.
- The training cost for the XC season is $280. This cost covers practices three times a week from mid-August through December and a competition top.
- Meet entry fees are a separate charge.
- Once you have completed our registration, be on the lookout for an email with our team code to the sportsYou app. This is the app we will use for all communication for the season.
Please reach out to Coach Andrea Campbell at 832.816.8628 with any questions.
We look forward to seeing you on the XC course!!!
